Jackie's 9/11/2011 Food Diary


Goal
Breakfast = 300 calories
Lunch = 300 calories
Dinner = 300 calories
Two snacks = 300 calories (aka 150 calories per snack)
1200Cal Total

Actual 

Breakfast- 2 eggo whole grain waffles with one tbsp each low fat cream cheese and topped with a 1/2 cup each (on each waffle that is) of strawberrys 279cal
Total Breakfast = 379cal

Lunch-  mozzarella with whole wheat bread sandwich.
 Total Lunch = 190cal

Dinner- whole wheat tortilla 130cal, one pepper 8cal (don't know what type it is, I'm going off the packaging), 1/2 and avocado 125cal, 1/2 a chicken breast  100cal.
Total Dinner = 363cal

Snack- special k crackers
Total First Snack = 120cal

Snack- yogurt
Total Second Snack = 80cal

379cal + 190cal + 363cal + 120cal 80cal = 1132cal

Total For Day = 1132cal
