Jackie's 8/23/2011 food diary

 Goal
Breakfast = 300 calories
Lunch = 300 calories
Dinner = 300 calories
Two snacks = 300 calories (aka 150 calories per snack)
1200Cal Total

Actual 

Breakfast- 1 serving special k chocolatey delight 120cal, 1/2 cup 1% milk in cereal 55cal, one yo plait Light Thick & Creamy Cinnamon Roll yogurt 100cal, one boiled egg 77cal.
Total Breakfast =352cal


Lunch- 1 salad wrap (1/2 cup iceberg lettuces with shredded carrots each approx 6cal & 1 tortilla 190cal, with 50cal ranch dressing)
Total Lunch = 246cal


Snack- one boiled egg 77cal. One Extra Dessert Delights sugar free gum (mint chocolate chip) 5cal. One 36cal spinach meat ball (was testing it to see if it was done, going to freeze them for later use in dinners. The cal number may not be exact since I had to kinda guesstimated, I had like 1.25 pounds or something of lean meat instead of just 1 so I guessed the difference added all the cal info for the other ingredients and then divided the total by how many meat balls I made).
Total First Snack = 118cal


Dinner- Veggie taco mix on tortilla (I think I added up all the ingredents with only a slight need to guestimate/figure out the diffrence in meat.) 412cal
Total Dinner = 412cal

 352cal +  246cal + 118cal + 412cal  =

Total For Day = 1128cal
