Jackie's Food/Exercise Diary 1/30/2012

Goal
Breakfast = 300 calories
Lunch = 300 calories
Dinner = 300 calories
Two snacks = 300 calories (aka 150 calories per snack)

Actual 

Breakfast- chocolate Special K cereal, banana, and key lime pie light yogurt.
Total Breakfast = cal

Lunch- ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread with light mayo
 Total Lunch =cal

Dinner- 475cal broccoli mac and cheese with mashed sweet potatoes
Total Dinner =cal

Snack- Spicy Nacho Popcorn 180cal for half a bag.
Total First Snack = cal

Snack- 110cal low fat ice cream sandwich
Total Second Snack = cal
