Lauren's Challenge 8/30/2011



Challenge 
Lauren on facebook challenges us-  "As a follower I'd love to offer you ladies a challenge! Do 1 full workout (at least 30 minutes) with only using household objects and such. a "free" workout. Doing this will force creativity and work different muscles. When I started this years ago, you tube was a great source for ideas! I hope one of you tries it. I'd love to hear about how it goes! Some ideas: planks, stairs, chair squats, and canned food makes great weights."



Jackie's Response -" Jackie's 8/30/2011 exercise  used bags of rice, plates (actually that was an excuse for cleaning and exercising at once LOL), bags of beans, and bottles of flavored water."
