Breakfast- 1 serving special k chocolatey delight 120cal, 1/2 cup 1% milk in cereal 55cal, one banana 100cal
Total Breakfast = 275cal
Lunch- one set of Whole wheat sandwich rounds by Natures Own 100cal, 2 slices American cheese (60x2) 120cal, One serving Brown Sugar Ham 60cal, 1/4 cup mix lettus 2cal
Total Lunch = 282cal
Snack- 4 meatballs (36cal each)
Total First Snack = 144cal
Dinner- tuna melt sandwich 360cal
Total Dinner =cal
Snack- John brought home left over chocolate cake (a B-day at the office) from publix called Chocolate Ganache Grandeur I have no idea on the calorie count, I only had a small piece because I am learning better portion size but I'm calling todays diet busted cause I have no idea what to put down as calorie count for it (I tryed looking it up since I only had a small slice, no info on their bakery stuff).
I might nibble on some cherrys or grapes tonight.
Back to counting calories tomorrow along with breaking out one of my hardly used exercise dvd's to try to get off the extra calories since this wasn't my "planned" cheat day.
